Meet Karin

Facilitator & Coach

Roots, Work & Perspective
I grew up on a pioneering organic farm in Upper Austria, shaped by responsibility, community and the courage to try new paths. For many years I initiated and supported civic and community projects such as community gardens, car sharing schemes, exchange circles and associations, and later worked in project management, change management and agile organizational development in different sectors, including the games industry, logistics and legal services. Since 2019 I have been working independently as a coach and facilitator, grounded in solid coach training and ongoing education in counselling and supervision. I am trained in systemic and integral coaching and in relational leadership.

Experience That Informs My Work
A severe Long Covid episode in 2022 deepened my practice. Months of enforced, almost complete sensory reduction showed me what it means when orientation, energy and what used to be self evident fall away, and what people need in order to regain their agency step by step. These and many other experiences quietly but clearly inform my work.

What I Bring Into the Room
I work with people and organizations at turning points and in phases of uncertainty, pressure or new beginnings. I bring clarity to complex situations, hold a clear and safe frame, name what is present in the room and support clients in reconnecting with their own resources and inner freedom. My way of working is direct and warm, professionally clear and human in tone, and when needed I collaborate with carefully chosen partners.

My Approach

My work looks at you, your relationships and your context at the same time. Your inner state, your patterns and your environment all matter.
Change starts from who you are and how you show up, then moves into what you do and what you create.

Framework

I combine methods from systemic coaching, integral perspectives and relational leadership with a very present, human way of working. Sessions are structured but not scripted. We work with what is actually happening in the moment and follow what is most relevant and alive, at a pace that your system can handle.

The space is clear, honest and kind. I do not “fix” or analyse you from a distance. I name what I see, ask precise questions and stay with you when it gets uncomfortable, without crossing your boundaries. This is coaching and consultation, not psychotherapy. If therapy or medical support feels more appropriate, I will say so openly.

You

You are active in the process. You listen, reflect, test small steps in real life and bring back what you notice. Over time this builds awareness, choice and new ways of relating.

Insight is important, but the goal is lived change.

If this resonates, we can start with a free introductory call and see whether working together makes sense.
