What happens after I book an appointment?

You will receive an email, including the time you booked and a zoom link that is protected.

I want to change my appointment

No problem. Make sure to change it as soon as possible, appointments can be changed up to 24h before the actual appointment with no charging fee. Just log in and change your appointment to a time that suits you better.
It does make sense to meet on a regular basis. So try to make the time between appointments not longer than 2 weeks if possible.

Where do we meet?

After you booked an appointment you will receive a confirmation email, including the date, time, and a link for a Zoom meeting. It is possible to meet with a different link of your choosing, just make contact with me and we will find a solution.

I booked the wrong session

Is coaching the same as therapy?

No. Generally speaking, coaching is more focused on helping you achieve your future goals, while psychotherapy tends to have more of a past and present focus. The focus in psychotherapy is more on healing from the past, while the focus in coaching is more on getting you to where you wish to be next. (Source)
